Its customers are medium-sized companies mainly in the automotive, logistics and pharmaceutical sectors.
Zimmermann points to a crucial point: corporate culture must not be imposed. “More and more companies understand that the corporate culture cannot be designed specifically for the recruitment of employees,” explains the consultant.
The pretense of false facts is therefore no further. “If you want to make your company more interesting for employees, you have to be honest about improving the corporate culture.”
