(International) Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) – German speaking

Your responsibilities: 

  • You are the first point of contact for customer questions and needs, making an important contribution to product improvement and customer satisfaction
  • You will support the creation and development of our digital customer support (e.g. explanatory videos and NLU customer platform)
  • You will be part of the optimisation and automation of our processes in the area of customer success and contribute to improving the customer journey
  • You perform functional tests in our system to ensure the usability for our customers

Your qualification:

  • First experience in customer success and support with a SaaS-Product
  • You are always positive towards customers and take a pro active and solution oriented approach
  • Strong affinity for system applications
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • You don´t mind picking up the phone
  • Excellent language skills in German and English (spoken and written)
